There's about 7/8 genuine session times, instead of overdoing it with everyone's concept of times just split the times into four based on the first day close to the next, so:
17:00 - 23:00 (EST)
23:00 - 05:00 (EST)
05:00 - 11:00 (EST)
11:00 - 17:00 (EST)
I could list every single true session time most of it's just not needed - it's literally just minor details and minor adjustments for the true session times which technically isn't needed
22:00 - 22:00 GMT (I just use NY local time)
17:00 - 23:00 (EST)
