The market rejected a strong resistance zone and rebounded from it. The price is heading towards the lower channel border, and I think the price might break through it. Price action formed an engulfing candle on the weekly timeframe. The market showed some divergence on the 4H timeframe. DXY, on the other hand, tested the key support level and bounced off it, which will affect EUR. I expect a potential breakout of the channel and a retest of the support level. My goal is to support 1.077500.
